Payment Rules and Methods

Payment for our services is made by bank cards through internet acquiring via bePaid and CJSC «Alfa-Bank».

We accept cards from payment systems Visa, MasterCard, Belkart, Mir, including Visa Electron and Maestro cards issued by any bank worldwide in any currency. Payments from smartphones can be made via Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Yandex Pay services.

Online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of international payment systems based on the principles of confidentiality and transaction security, using the most advanced methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission through secure communication channels.

Bank card data entry is performed on secure payment pages of bePaid and CJSC «Alfa-Bank», which comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and all data transmission security requirements. Access to authorization pages is carried out using the TLS protocol, ensuring secure data transmission on the internet.

To pay with a bank card, you need to enter its details: card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and three-digit security code. The three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa, CVC2 for MasterCard) is located on the back of the card. Then check all entered data and click the "Pay" button to complete the payment. If your card supports 3DSecure technology or Internet password (for Belkart), you will be redirected to the page of the issuing bank to enter the security code.

When paying with Apple Pay, select a card from the Wallet app, use a passcode or other authentication method, depending on what method is selected in the application. When placing an order with Samsung Pay, click "Pay with Samsung Pay," enter your Samsung Account, and confirm the purchase on your smartphone (using fingerprint, iris, or Samsung Pay PIN). To pay for an order through Google Pay, simply select a previously added card and confirm the payment with your fingerprint or PIN.

If your card currency differs from the payment currency, the charge will be processed at the current Visa/MasterCard/Belkart/Mir exchange rate. Residents of the Republic of Belarus can pay for services only in Belarusian rubles.

After completing the payment, you will receive a notification with order information at the email address you provided. Personal data provided by you during the payment process is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your email address will be used only for providing services, with no spam or mailings.

Service Cancellation Terms

Settlements with the client upon termination of the offer agreement are made in the same form in which the payment for services was made. The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems.

To receive a refund to your bank card, you need to contact us with a «Refund Application», indicating motivated claims regarding the quality, volume, or timing of service provision. The refund amount will equal the order amount.

When refunding for transactions made in error, the refund amount will equal the amount of erroneously transferred funds specified in your application, less the bank's commission and all our other expenses for returning such payment.

The refund application must be completed, scanned, and sent to email If you don't have access to a printer/scanner, you can write the application by hand (following the template) and send us a photo copy of the application from your smartphone.

Along with the application, you need to send us a scan/photo copy of your passport or other identity document. If the bank card details (name on the card that you provided when placing the order) do not match the data indicated in the passport, a copy of the bank statement for the card confirming the payment operation by the cardholder will be additionally requested.

Refunds are made to the client's bank card used for payment within 7 business days from the date we receive the application and make a positive decision on it. The timeframe for funds to be credited to the card is 1 to 30 days from the actual refund date.
