Our project is non-commercial, Open Server Panel is distributed free of charge, however you can provide financial support to the project by using the paid services listed below.

Description of "Fast Download" service

This service allows you to quickly download the Open Server Panel distribution at speeds up to 100 Mbps, i.e., without any speed limitations that we normally use due to high server load. To use this service, go to the "Download" section, specify your email address and payment amount, which will determine the validity period of the distribution file link for Open Server Panel. Then click the "Continue at high speed" button and complete the service payment.

The download link for the distribution will be automatically sent to your email immediately after payment. The link's validity period starts from the moment it is issued. After the expiration of its validity period, this link will become inoperative.

The service does not guarantee the stated speed on your end equipment, however, it is guaranteed that the file is delivered from the project server at the maximum possible speed. The actual data transfer rate will depend on the load and characteristics of your network, as well as the limits and restrictions of your internet service provider's tariff plan.

Description of "Updates Subscription" service

This service enables the Open Server Panel program installed on the user's computer to automatically receive information about updates from the project server (including urgent and non-public ones), and also allows the user to download and install updates in a semi-automatic mode directly in the program. The service is temporarily unavailable as it is under development.

After paying for the service, a special code will be sent to your email, which must be specified in the Open Server Panel settings. This code is issued for 1 year; after its expiration, the code will become inoperative.

Prices are valid only on the date of payment for services and may change without prior notice.

Reference prices for non-residents

Prices are provided for reference, non-residents of the Republic of Belarus can pay for Services in Belarusian rubles, as well as in Russian rubles, euros and US dollars, based on the official exchange rate of the Belarusian ruble to the payment currency established by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the date of payment.

Why hasn't the download speed changed?

The speed of an already started download should not change in any way. You need to stop the current download and use the special link that you received by email after paying for the service.

What should I do if the download speed using the link is very slow?

Please note that the data transfer rate is not constant and depends on the load of your network, the characteristics of the equipment used, as well as the limits and restrictions of your internet service provider's tariff plan.

Our project does not provide any guarantees and does not ensure the stated speed on the consumer's equipment, however, it is guaranteed that the file is delivered from the project server at the maximum possible speed. To achieve maximum speed indicators, it is recommended to use multi-threaded downloading.

What should I do if the received links don't work?

To resolve possible difficulties, we recommend trying the following steps:

• Make sure the link is still valid. Check that the validity period of the link you are using has not expired.
• Try loading the links in a different browser — this will help exclude possible problems related to your current browser settings.
• Disable VPN or proxy if they are being used, as they may affect access to resources.
• Try turning off your firewall or antivirus with traffic scanning functionality. Sometimes such programs make file downloads difficult or impossible.
• Use an internet connection from another provider if possible. This will allow you to check if the difficulty is related to your current internet connection.

What should I do if I haven't received the link?

The link is automatically sent to the email you specified when placing an order on the website. If for any reason you did not receive the link via email, please contact us for assistance, providing all payment details.

I paid for the service before, can I get the link again?

Thank you very much for your support to our project, we are happy to work for you. However, you wouldn't ask a store to give you a stick of sausage for free because you once bought sausage from this store, would you? Or do you really do that?

What should I do if the download was interrupted?

Simply resume it using your browser's capabilities.

What should I do if the distribution won't open?

Most likely due to an interruption during the download or due to errors on your hard drive, the file was downloaded/saved with errors. Install HashTab and check the checksums, then re-download the file if they don't match. Checksums for the current release are published in the Download section.

HashTab is a Windows Explorer extension for verifying the integrity and authenticity of files by calculating checksums. After installing HashTab, right-click on the downloaded distribution file of Open Server Panel, select [Properties] and you will see a new tab [File Hashes].

If the checksums match but the distribution still doesn't run, you should make sure that your computer meets the system requirements specified on the main page.
