Additional release information:

Transition to installer made to give users ability to install and add arbitrary component set, as well as for convenient creation of shortcuts in start menu and on desktop.

Windows operating system can now be prepared for work with Open Server Panel either through installer (during installation or separately), or manually by running files from install folder.
