Не запускается phpMyAdmin, страница не отвечает

Здравствуйте, пробую открыть phpMyAdmin в OpenServer, но страница долго грузиться и ничего дальше не показывает ( страница не отвечает ), смотрел в логи MySQL-5.6_error.log там только :

не понимаю что произошло, раньше всё работало
